God help me, I tried. By the time I took the video, though which was right after the somersault that rolled him off the bed, I was trying not to laugh.
I had hoped using one of the dachshunds homemade "sweaters" that he'd take it better.
Well. No. Not really.

MOL, aww poor Ollie! And he looked so handsome with it on, too :)
ReplyDeleteAww so cute and funny. I always wonder what they're thinking in their innovative minds.
ReplyDeleteI had a foster kitten that had to wear the cone of shame for a while after pulling out her spay stitches. Amazed me that somehow she thought walking backwards would make it go away....MOL
ReplyDeleteGranny,
ReplyDeleteI think Ollie was thinking that if he could back away fast enough, he'd back out of it. At least I *think* that's what he was thinking. LOL
Random,

It doesn't work for me either, but what do I know? :)
Oh, Ollie - the new Michael Jackson! When I tried a sweater on Jet, he would just lie there looking pitiful.
ReplyDeleteLaura, Taffy, and (angels) Jet and Venus
Laura,
ReplyDeleteThat first picture where he's laying and sort of hanging onto the blanket? That was the one and only moment of stillness. He wasn't really sure what it was.
Then he figured out he wanted no part of it and the gymnastics began.
