Shelter Cat Saturday, New Year's Eve 2011
Our last Shelter Cat for 2011 is a sweet young thing named Tonya. She's a cuddle bug, playful, gets along with everyone and is really looking for her own forever family. She's currently at the Petsmart in Irving, but she really wants YOU to come by and take her home!

Shelter Cat Saturday, December 24, 2011
The Christmas Eve edition of Shelter Cat Saturday finds us trekking up to the Dallas area for a really special looking boy. Theodore is an Exotic Shorthair/Selkirk Rex cross with some seriously stunning eyes. He's in a great rescue group right now (Merlin's Hope), but Theodore would really like Santa Claws to bring him a forever family of his VERY OWN!

Today's SCS Adopted!!!
Ollie's pick for today's SCS got ADOPTED today!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hoping he's getting the "adopt me" mo-jo thing going. Seems to be happening more and more frequently which is simply outstanding!

I know last year at some point before Christmas, I did a TAC on Christmas ornaments. Well, here we go again. Only this year, it's black cats only (and maybe a tuxie here or there), and I think there are quite a lot of these that are different. But you better hurry if you want one in time for this year's tree. :)
