Little Foster Bro

I know meowmy and I are supposed to be on vacation, but I HAD to get to the keyboard this morning to pass this news along.

Snickers, my mini-dachshund foster bro, who has been here since mid-January, MAY HAVE A FOREVER HOME!!!!

A nice lady contacted meowmy yesterday about him and after some emailing, meowmy said it sounds as if Snickers has found a match. She's gonna call the adoption dude, Tim, at the shelter when they open this morning and begin the process.

How cool is THAT? Maybe fostering here with meowmy is good luck? I mean, I got MY forever home here. Foster bro, Elvis, has his forever home here. And now Snickers has found HIS forever home while he was here.

I'm pretty sure meowmy will let me at the keyboard again to post an update once things run their course. I am SOOOOOOOOOOO happy for little Snickers!

As of 11/3/12, I've had to limit comments on Ollie's blog to only members since it's being hit by a ton of comment spam. If a few weeks, I'll open it back up. Since Ollie is currently on vacation, I don't expect it to be a problem.
