A Non-Shelter Cat Saturday Announcement

Normally I'd have been posting a shelter cat for Ollie's SCS, but today I have an announcement of a different sort.

As of today, Ollie has gone from being the Blog'n Waco Foster Cat to the Blog'n Waco Ex-Foster Cat. :)

Yep. Our lovely Ollie has gone from temp to perm here. And he's taking it well in stride....as if he knew all along that his days as a foster were numbered and that he was really home all along. Imagine that. A cat who knew he was home even before his people did.

Anyway, there will be a few modifications to the wording on the blog heading and sidebars, but the focus of the blog won't change. There will still be a BCF, Tuesday Artful Cats and Shelter Cat Saturday (providing I can get if off the ground).

In honor of Ollie's change of status, I thought I might post a few pictures from the day he arrived, through some of the fall and winter. He's been here since July, and there's a huge batch of photos, but some of these really speak to who he is.

Out of the crate in the house for the first time.

First time out of the isolation room and in the master bedroom

As of 11/3/12, I've had to limit comments on Ollie's blog to only members since it's being hit by a ton of comment spam. If a few weeks, I'll open it back up. Since Ollie is currently on vacation, I don't expect it to be a problem.

Note: Only a member of this blog may post a comment.
